"calligraphy" by Kazuaki Tanahashi. The title is "Dot." AND it's 30" x 36". The Zen flung ink style is pretty much at the basis of every piece of art I make these days, and have made for a long long time (though often it's not apparent).
this is a topic i've been meaning to investigate further.
i think i'll get this book along with Basho: The Complete Haiku & Zen Sourcebook: Traditional Documents from China, Korea, and Japan to start me off down the path...
