Andrei, I'm impressed by the wide net you cast.these raw, unbalanced drawings are enjoyable to me.they make me think of Marc Van Elburg's recent drawings, & his statement of intent. elsewhere, he talks about using random numbers to react against free spontaneity.Marden's also remind me of the Romanian Surrealists' (such as Dolfi Trost or Gherasim Luca) approaches to automatism, but I can't find any images which look like these.
