Creative AI and Abstract Comics

Finished a project titled "42" that mixes abstraction, narrative and some representational imagery. It applies creative artificial intelligence (machine learning) in the form of style transfer to build many of the layered collages that form the backbone of the panels. I also used glitch video, abstract photography and traditional ink drawings as inputs into the process. There is even a well hidden 3D fractal. The work narrates a meeting of two individuals in 42 panels, counting down to the meaning of life, the universe and everything.
